News: FDA definisce il “senza glutine” per l’etichettatura degli alimenti ()
Finalmente la FDA (US Food and Drug Administration) ha pubblicato un nuovo regolamento sulla quantità di glutine che può essere presente negli alimenti commercializzati come “senza glutine”. Il limite è stato fissato a 20 ppm (parti per milione). Come molti altri paesi, gli Stati Uniti ha seguito anche le raccomandazioni del Codex Alimentarius.
